Dieting vs changing your eating habits, livable. I lost both parents many years ago & I believe unecessarily obesity was a major factor. So while many believe my weight maintainence is vanity…….truthfully, good health is my priority. My guy has committed to a Triathelon this Summer, many who know him would find this hard to believe… Perhaps my cooking skills are to blame for the extra pounds he accumilated over the years; however, this morning he enjoyed rice cake french toast! I watch him swim daily and changing eating habits, great opportunity to introduce new foods. If this Man’s Man can do it, everyone can.
