Arnold Palmer

Arnold Palmer

Refreshing & low calories

I’m sure many of yu are familiar with Arnold Palmer; one of the greatest in Golf. In his honor many of the Golf Clubs serve a beverage called an “Arnold Palmer”.  This refreshing drink is a simple combination of ice tea with lemonade. Pretty easy; like watching Mr Palmer take a swing!

I was never a fan of soda; especially while raising my children, in time they grew out of the juice routine. Instant ice tea was simple; homemade as well. I like the combination of the lemonade with the tea; however I was still hesitant on the sugar content. I decided to use Crystal light lemonade; and must say it was a good decision. The mix has a great flavor which holds up when combined with a less amount of ice tea.

1 scoop ice tea mix   or 3 tea bags

1/2  sleeve of Crystal light mix

1/2 gallon  water

This is also the mix I use for my White  &  Red Sangria; which you can find on another post. Hope you enjoy as well as my family & friends!
