Great when you’re in the mood for Asian and happen to have shrimp in the freezer. A must for me; shrimp thaws out in 10 minutes, I keep a large bag on hand at all times, 21/25 cleaned & deveined, this dish is as easy as shrimp salad!
Prep time 10 minutes Cook time 10 minutes
10 -12 shrimp
2 tbsp Mandarin sauce
1/2 tsp Bead Molasses
1 stalk scallion (cut to 1/2 ” – 2 “)
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp butter
1 tsp sugar
salt & pepper to taste
2 cut cloves of garlic
Pre-heat oil and scallion in skillet(Wok); add butter and shrimp,toss while cooking for 2 minutes; add remaining ingredients cook for additional 2 minutes as sauce starts to carmelize.
